Shredded Pork Over Rice and Spinach

Calentado con Espinacas listoDo you have any leftovers, pork, turkey, more...? Well this is a 7 minute leftover dish, very pretty and very delicious but super easy! A dish for two.

4 handfuls of baby spinach
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cups rice, any rice reheated
2 cups leftover shredded pork or any other shredded meat, reheated
1 tomato, cubed salted a little
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, or more

Instructions

Spread the spinach between the two plates.
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the spinach, like in this picture:

Divide the rice, shredded pork, cubed salted tomato and chopped cilantro between the two plates.
