Shredded Pork Over Rice and Spinach
4 handfuls of baby spinach
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cups rice, any rice reheated
2 cups leftover shredded pork or any other shredded meat, reheated
1 tomato, cubed salted a little
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, or more
Instructions
Spread the spinach between the two plates.
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the spinach, like in this picture:
Divide the rice, shredded pork, cubed salted tomato and chopped cilantro between the two plates.
Eat delicious and fast!
