Ham and Tomatoes au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato cut in six slices
  • 6 slices of ham or round slices
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese of your choice
  • pepper and salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Drizzle a little olive oil in 3 individual baking dishes

  3. Spread apart all six tomato slices on the counter, salt and pepper them

  4. Place one tomato slice in the middle of each baking dish and add a little cheese

  5. Then two ham slices folded in half and a little cheese

  6. And then the last tomato slice and a lot of cheese to top them all

  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
