Lettuce with Brando Creamy Cilantro Vinaigrette

The first time I had this salad was at my ex-boyfriend's Brando home, it was just great; they had it almost always at dinnertime. It's delicious and very easy to do, yet a little strange. You'll see.

1 pound of any crunchy lettuce, bite sized
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup cider vinegar, or a strong white vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons milk, yes milk.. :) !!
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

In a tall glass container place black pepper and salt, mix and add vinegar, mix well again, add olive oil mix and add the milk whisking all the time until it thickens. If you have an immersion blender use it instead, it's faster and easier.

Pour vinaigrette over lettuce, add chopped cilantro mix well and serve.
